Our Story
Ana Vivas and Alfredo Martinez are the founders of Tidy Touch Cleaning LLC. As parents of two sons and longtime residents of Charlottesville, they have proudly called the area home for more than 20 years.
Their journey in the cleaning industry began in 2007, when they started working as members of a professional cleaning crew. Through years of hard work, dedication, and hands-on experience, they developed a strong understanding of the industry and a passion for providing quality cleaning services.
With a vision of building something of their own, Ana and Alfredo began taking on independent cleaning work while continuing to grow their skills and experience. Their dedication and entrepreneurial spirit eventually led them to establish Tidy Touch Cleaning LLC, turning years of experience into a family-owned business built on trust, reliability, and quality service.
Along their journey, Ana and Alfredo built strong relationships with their customers, earning their trust through consistent, high-quality service. In 2016, after years of working in the cleaning industry and building a loyal customer base through independent work, they took an important step toward creating a business of their own. Their customers’ recommendations and word-of-mouth support gave them the encouragement to officially establish Tidy Touch Cleaning LLC.
Since then, they have continued to grow their brand while staying committed to the values that started it all: quality, trust, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Today, Ana and Alfredo are proud to serve the Charlottesville community and surrounding areas, providing professional cleaning services with the same dedication and personal touch that have guided them from the beginning.
